I've been a registered nurse for almost 30 years and have had my own health journey. I'm really good at finding how all the puzzle pieces fit together and seeing the bigger picture and next steps. I love to coach in a way that works for you, that helps you reconnect with your body, and empowers you to change your life. I'm intuitive and have a basis in embodiment practices. I have certifications in Functional Medicine Health Coaching and getting my Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist certification currently. Will soon be able to add unique specific labs to help you actually get to the root of your health struggles and develop a precision individualized plan. No more trial and error!
